The McLaren 720S GT3 Evo #9 fielded by Pfaff Motorsports competed in the 2024 IMSA Rolex 24 at Daytona, piloted by a star-studded quartet: Oliver Jarvis, Marvin Kirchhöfer, James Hinchcliffe, and Alexander Rossi. Despite being the team’s first full season with the new GT3 Evo platform, they delivered a solid performance—finishing 10th in GTD PRO, completing 532 laps. What made this entry unique was the seamless integration of diverse talent—from Jarvis, a Le Mans and IMSA champion, to IndyCar stars Rossi and Hinchcliffe—into a GT3 program debut, showcasing McLaren’s rising competitiveness in North America and Pfaff’s bold transition from Porsche to McLaren machinery.
